- Rhi Added February 24, 2021★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great customer service from Jake who was knowledgable, friendly, didn't make us feel pressured to make a snap decision, and even looked up the model of our previous mattress (also bought from here) and sorted us out with the newer version at an excellent price. Very well trained staff, a good customer service-oriented workplace, and knowledge of the products = two happy customers!

We purchased our new bedroom furniture and mattress in August 2020 with the promise of receiving the goods in late September early October after multiple follow ups calls we finally received our bed and mattress in October and we are still waiting for our bedside tables. I understand covid has caused delays but I have been told incorrect information, not received any follow up calls and there is excuse for rudeness “do you want me to make the boats come faster” from Manger BEC. ***I escalated my complaint through to WA retail sales manager that requested for the owner of the store to call me to resolve my issues and the owner refused to contact me***I received my bedside tables early December, however still NO contact from the owner and NO apology for the bad service***
