  these people are the pits,the owner is Shonky big time,purchased a companion jump pack that wasn't working,took it back,they fixed it then wanted to sell it to me for $275 when i bought it for $160 and no parts $$$ were spent by cash converters midland to fix it,you will be hearing from fair trading!!!!and to top it off i put a complaint in with cash coverter's head office and didn't hear anything back...beware people most of the junk is sold on facebook!!!

  Brought 2ways ! Wouldn't charge properly . Went back replaced Two ways with another pair , Went to charge again stil useless . Asked for a refund then got told I needed more rechargeable batteries . Apparently Cash Convertors test their electronics first? If so they knew about the faults before hand, but still sold products taking advantage of customers .
  Not likey to buy products again from there . Facebook Marketplace hopefully will bury these ripoff artists all together !!!

  Hi ask for Josh
  great service ,held the item i requested for a week, then remembered me when i rung up ,helped to fit the part to ensure it was correct and fitted on my bike, also supplied the tools to do so. then offered me a choice of a bottle of water or lemonade while i looked around the shop. not even uber offers that service.so ask for Josh top bloke

  I went in to look at purchasing a engagement ring and came across one we where interested in tried it and was not our size being a J size so we arranged with sales staff member Josh to have it resized to a M. After being paid in full of $420, we where told that it would take between 3 days, at most a week. After waiting over a week we went in store enquired with Josh and where told that it was not ready with no estimated time as to when it would be ready . another week past we called up Josh and still he had no idea on the return of our ring we asked for them to enquire with jeweler and return our call with a answer which we had no response. After a further week we went in again to see if we could pick up ring and to our surprise it was available and was told that it has been for the past week, and that they had contacted us within this time, we had no calls from them at anytime and where disappointed with the workmanship as the ring did not fit the size was a size L 1size to small and was out of shape.
  We asked for a refund as we where disappointed and dissatisfied with the workmanship of the ring the conduct of the staff and the treatment to ourselves the entire process of purchasing the ring was not professional at all it felt like we paid for the item and that was all they where I interested the money not us the customer.
  They offered a resizing which we did not want to go through again waiting another 3weeks so we asked and insisted on the refund, they refused saying it was not a faulty (which it was after being told by a jeweller at Goldmark), Rowan the duty manger then left the jewlery on the counter telling us to take it and leave otherwise he would call the police.
  
  All we want is a refund but instead we have paid for resizing and repair of the ring of an extra $110. In total we should be compensated for this and refunded our purchase.
  It was ment to be a happy experience nothing of the sort.

  I had to visit Greensoil company in Midvale today and knowing I would be in the area ,I googled the address for CC Midland before I left home. All I read were poor reviews. Despite the reviews, I did drop into the shop. Chris the young sales rep left me to browse and patiently showed me a number of items. After 45 mins, I decided not to purchase after studying the valuations. I then saw a pendant and Chris had to come back to the glass counter to look for the valuation. I named a ridiculously low offer and off he went to check with his manager Harry. They acceded to my offer and I ended up buying another 2 items which were half the listed price! At no time was Chris pushy and I really appreciated that. A few potential customers came and went whilst I was taking my time browsing and he was v polite to them. They didn’t buy. It’s a perfect Sunday afternoon today with near perfect weather and I am sure he would prefer to be anywhere else but work. Yet he wasn’t fazed by my indecisiveness. I am glad I went to the shop staffed by fine young men. I am sure it is not easy to be in sales but you sure did a great job today. Thank you Chris and Harry the manager. Keep it up.

  I've called about 35 times and my partner has also tried and they do not answer their phones. So unprofessional. I now have to drive all the way to midland (an hour for me.) and hope they still have what I'm going to pick up. Fuming!!

  rung up the store 4 times and no one picked up. i decided to drive there while my phone is still ringing the store and to my surprise two staff members were doing nothing. cash converters midland is the last place you go to for second hand items
