  I really don't like to write a bad review for a business but sometimes it's needed. We made a booking at Midland to come and try on a suit for my husband to hire and were told to come on the Thursday so if we needed anything from Joondalup it could be sent down on the Friday. It was lucky we didn't need anything because they told us in store that there would be no run the following day. We chose a complete suit and took it home.
  
  On Sunday as my husband was getting ready he couldn't find the cufflinks. We searched everywhere but they were not in the bag. I send both the Midland and Joondalup store a Facebook message and surprisingly I had an instant reply from Anton Ferrari. He was amazing. He went above and beyond and even offered to bring us a set of his cufflinks. We said it was fine and he could go without cufflinks but we were worried that they would think we had lost them. Midland store read my message but no reply.
  
  My husband started complaining that every time he sat down, the clasp on the side of the pants would open and then when he stands up the pants come completely undone on the side because the teeth are worn. All night this was an issue. Was even more of an issue when he was sitting at the bridle table and stood up and his pants fell down around his ankles.
  
  On Tuesday my husband returned the suit and explained to the lady what happened. She asked him if he tried the pants on before he hired, he did but didn't know he had to practise standing and sitting. She then told him that this happens all the time. The teeth are always wearing out and they have to replace the teeth part all the time. She said that obviously this pair needed doing and hadn't been done. She then wanted to know where the cufflinks were, luckily Anton had written a note on the computer.
  
  I believe that when a suit is hired the staff should show the customer what is put in the bag and checked off. I also believe that paying $250 odd dollars for suit hire should provide you with something of reasonable quality that you don't have to worry about every 5 minutes.
  
  Anton, your personal service was wonderful.
  
  Unfortunately your staff need a big lesson in customer service and maybe even offering some compensation for providing a faulty product or maybe even a simple sorry, not just saying that this a regular occurrence.
