    Went into the store on Sunday Oct 3rd 2021. A couple of employees at the entrance hanging around but nobody interested in greeting or offering help. When I asked for a specific power tool the guy could barely be interested to help me find it. Good range of tools but very poor service.

    Seriously don't think this mob will be in business much longer. Someone else here suggested that they are "total tools". I agree.
    Customer service is rubbish. Boof heads who think they are too good to serve customers. Money go bye bye. P.S. if you are the owner. You really need to mystery shop this mob of yoyos your investment is really being put at risk here.
