  Purchased a spa from Clark Rubber, Midland in late 2016. Firstly we were told the spa had features, that it did not. Then we were told they could instal the spa in any location, but then they decided that they would rather not and it was up to us, after purchasing the spa. We were told we didn’t need Council permit or fencing at the time of the purchase, which was not true but we took their word for it and it has later come back to bite us. The spa started to leak, and a technician was sent out to have a look. The technician identified the issue, but was instructed by the store not to undertake the repair. Instead, l was handed two tubes of silicon sealant and wished all the best.
  The local shire pool inspector come onto our property to inspect the spa, after it was in place for a year, and we have been given a notice to fence the spa and request a building permit or drain the spa and never use it again even though it has a lockable lid. Due to the location of the outdoor spa, the area cannot be fenced, so we are left with a spa that cannot be used. Considerable landscaping was conducted for the spa area, and a salesperson from the store inspected the location prior to the purchase. It was expected that the sales person would have identified the requirement for a fence during the inspection. Unfortunately, making the sale was more important than being honest.
  Will not return to this store again.

  All staff have bad attitude. None of them smile or are happy. Place is always understaffed and I watch customers just walk out.

  Lack of products. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Went to the Joondalup store where the staff were friendly and willing to help plus give advise.
