  I had THE worst experience with this company. They used a new product for doing my anti-wrinkle injections and the product does not work. I had to go back 5 times and it still wasn’t fixed. I asked for a refund because the product didn’t work and they refused and were very rude, condescending. I produced photos as evidence and still I got absolutely no where with them. I am in the process of reporting them to the health board. They are absolute cowboys and will rip you off - I am so unhappy with their low level of service and dodgy products.

  I would normally go to Subiaco but I was working in the Midland area. The nurse was so chill and easy-going, but also professional and efficient. It is a shame that the Primewest specialty suites where Cosmétique is located is run down and smells like a corpse, but don’t let this turn you off. I had a great experience and am very happy with the product.

  Got cheek fillers. one side is higher then the other and also one side is more protruding making my face look noticeably uneven !! Spend extra and go somewhere else cause you will spend more fixing your results!!

  i’ve been to the joondalup clinic many times and decided to go to the midland one because it was closer, i must say i’ve never felt more comfortable and relaxed with the nurse i had, she was so lovely and would continue to have conversations with me, made me feel extremely safe and comfortable. results are amazing and will definitely be going back to her.

  I had the best experience here! I have a massive fear of needles and no place has ever made me feel as comfortable as I did here! The nurse that did my lips did it very quickly and the results are amazing!! Highly recommend!!

  I had their ultra premium lip fillers and was very happy. The doctor and nurse who saw me were very informative. Looking forward to having more filler soon

  Terrible service nurse was rude and inexperienced.  management were no help at all resolving the issue. My filler placement in my lips were so uneven and to resolve the issue they want to remove the filler and for me to pay for more after already paying initially for an inexperienced nurse to do the job.  They kept telling me it cost $300 usually to have it removed, which I wouldn’t be doing if it was injected correctly in the first place.
