The young Chinese female Podiatrist was absolutely amazing. She did everything that needed to be done without causing pain. I am all smiles. PTL. I highly recommend her gentle, friendly, pain free service.

However, the lady on reception was not professional at all.
We have been refused in bulk bill services at this clinic. We agreed to pay partly and asked her to push through to medicare straight away. She tried. And assured all good. An hour later she called that it did not work and we need to come back, pick up the receipt and go to medicare to make a claim. Very very unhappy about that.
The claim on website easy medicare claim seems to be completely false claim!
