    Ok so 1/5 stars. 1 star for actually have a diverse range of stock, that is for the most part usually in stock. But that's where the positives stop. -1 star for poor service, that's if you get served at all because the floor staff are usually huddled up together in the corner on their phones. Another -1 star for coming in and having so many products with the wrong price on it. Another -1 for having some products not even having a price on them at all. Sloppy work. And finally, another -1 for the lack of friendliness. Really not a nice place to shop. Unfortunately as someone else said there isn't much competition so I doubt things will change. Will do whatever I can do avoid going there from now on.

    Just recently I have started a new business after selling a well established Mortgage Broking Business. I visited OfficeWorks to purchase all sorts of stationery items and couldn't believe the poor quality of just about everything! The world is turning into a very sad place with everything being made very cheaply! I would pay good money for quality stationery!
