- Jay C Added May 06, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ☆We had initial issues with a product line called "My Side" - where you lie on a machine and it "tells" you what mattress is "best" for your body type. After purchasing the mattress and taking it home, my partner began to have pain in her lower back. We checked online regarding the manufacturers guidelines and they recommended you wait 4-6 weeks so that you get used to it. After the 6 weeks we called back Snooze and told them what was going on. We were then sent a warranty checklist (via email) finished working through it and filled in a form to send to the manufacturer. I then received a phone call from the manufacturer "Kingsdown" who told me that this was not within there warranty claim. I explained that there system told us to choose that mattress and that we wouldn't have chose it ourselves otherwise. The person i spoke to became very hostile and said something along the lines of "nobody put a gun to your head to buy the mattress" I quite quickly terminated the call and rang Snooze and explained the situation. Ash at Snooze who handled the sale of the mattress and the warranty claim which was always professional and courteous said he would follow it up. A day Ash called and told me they would be sending out a new mattress and picking up the old one at no additional cost.
So in short - Great customer service and follow up but I would stay clear of the Kingsdown ranges and the "Sleep to Live technology" which unfortunately Snooze endorse and obviously promote.
