It's not what you know it how u know in this doctors surgery I was sitting waiting my turn and I guy run in late and his mum was a receptionist so he got pushed through after they rung into the doc to let her know he was finally here and I got pushed back. Disgusting behaviour from the staff. The doctor whoever are lovely
