  Brought my son in last Wednesday around 8pm,girls behind the desk thought it was a joke snarky making comments,then whispering to each other,it was to the point of not wanting to be there, so I took my son through to the After hours which we then got a letter to go back through to Emergency,the lady who took over the shift from the previous two was just as bad! She talked to us like we're just a burden!
  After myself working a 12hour shift I was in no frame of mind to cope with it so we went and sat down.
  After some time, A man walked in,being polite asking for help as his friend had twised his ankle and he needed help getting him in,she was so rude to the point that another person waiting to be seen had to yell out "he needs a wheelchair!"
  Looking at the history of reviews the staff need training in people skills and shouldn't be in that line of work if incapable of dealing with the public in stressful situations! I would definitely be travelling to Perth!! *No customers no job right!*

  Terrible experience with these guys. If I could give zero stars I would. My pregnancy has been far more stressful because of Midland hospital.
  Parenting course leaflet tells you that you are welcome to attend every session, yet no one tells you that you have to book in, early. We wanted to do these courses close to having the baby, so we were as prepared as possible and everything fresh in our mind, now we can't get in. Thanks for "welcoming us to attend every session". We could blame ourselves if somewhere on the sheet it said to book in early, or hand in as soon as possible.
  The worst part of this whole situation, I have a condition that wasn't initially recorded, and not properly treated that could have cost me my life. I have a blood clotting condition, that put two blood clots in my lungs when I was 26, meaning they passed through my heart. Apparently nothing about my factor five leiden was initially entered, and I was seeing midwives when I was meant to be seeing doctors. I strongly recommend for the safety of you, and your baby, go elsewhere.
