  I have been 4 times when I was really sick on a weekend. Booked online on each occasion. Once, the Dr saw me almost straight away (10 mins wait), and that was great. She mentioned priority should be given to those with bookings.
  I don’t think every Dr shares that view. On the other three occasions I had to wait at least 45 minutes.
  I understand it’s also a walk-in clinic and the Drs are super busy. But it seems counterproductive to give no priority to those who book online. Where’s the incentive for the patient to go to the effort of booking online?

  They are so amazing and im gonna miss them so so much because they showed me true love support acceptance and non judgemental towards me and they where the best . Gonna miss u so so much :( and posting more info and other stuff on facebook and sites isnt good enough u need to keep this place open . How hard is that to ask for . But i guess not everyone really cares and there just doing there jobs for the money at the end of the day

  I have arrived Midland after hour GP at 9:50pm at 24/04/2018 which is 10 minutes before the counter closing time. The receptionist refuse to let
  me see GP instead asked me to see emergency department or come back tomorrow as she want to go home earlier. If the hospital close at 10pm then they should take patients who arrive before the closing time. Why the receptionist can reject patients because she want to go home earlier?It is very unprofessionally and disappointed that receptionist can reject people who is in need.

  Excellent. I got a sunday appointment and my doctor was great, personable and most importantly thorough. There is also a playground and coffee inside which makes it all the better.

  I am a stage 4 cancer patient now without a doctor at this practice due to staff leaving as they could not stand the demands from management and appointment times out of this world. This practice has now taken on too many new patients and shortened the time with a doctor, I have now gone to a new doctor, when the new doctor sent a form to get my records I was sent a letter saying it cost $30.00 , ridiculous in my view as it is simply sending them as an email, do yourself a favour and stay away from Midland super clinic.

  I used to be very happy with the service here but both of the doctors who treated me regularly have moved on. I was surprised that the practice didn't notify the patients of these doctors.
  
  I tried to make an appointment with a new GP there but couldn't get one in a timely fashion. In the end, after a call with a very abrupt receptionist, I decided to move to a new practice and requested that my records be transferred.
  
  I received a letter requesting payment of $30 to transfer my patient records. I rang up to ask if there was a discount as I have a pension card but there is none. Paying $30 for an electronic transfer of records seems excessive. $30 might not be a lot to a GP but if you're doing it tough, it is a lot of money.
  
  This practice seems to be very inflexible and money rather than patient focused.

  Would like to say that the front desk staff are very efficient and pleasant in what are difficult times, and the Drs are awesome and very good at what they do.
