  Waited for over an hour for my appointment which was booked the day prior, to then be told the Dr wasn't even there when I went up and asked (even though many people had gone in ahead of is who clearly came ages after us, even though the receptionist kept calling out other people's names who weren't there!) when the girl I was speaking to asked someone clearly senior to her she told me bad luck make another appointment. don't waste your time, disgusting service!

  Mostly good experience here, although I see quite a lot of 1 star reviews. Everyone has a different experience of things which will not be YOUR unique experience, however if many people have a similar good or bad experience of a situation or place, it can be an indicator of what you may expect. Having said that, after having a rather frustrating visit to Cannington Medical Centre (arrogant Asian doctor who didn't want to listen to me) I decided to try this clinic. I found the atmosphere of the place very warm and friendly, the reception staff were really helpful (despite me being 15min late, due to going to the other Super Clinic at the old Railway buildings) and I saw an Indian doctor about my breathing problems. She was a good listener and immediately recommended an asthma test and told me to buy some Ventolin from the chemist (now available over he counter) and try that for 2 weeks and keep a diary of results which I did. Also gave chits to get a chest Xray and blood tests (all bulk billed) and gave me two referrals for an allergy test (specialist doctor) and a bone densitometry test. After that I came in for the asthma test but it had to be aborted as the doctor had failed to tell me not to use Ventolin at least 4 hours before the test! Bit of a setback but anyway, not worried about that, and I booked for 2 days hence and with the lovely young nurse who was so friendly, patient and helpful, it was a breath of fresh air (pun maybe intended). The nurse in pathology was also very warm and friendly. Having said that, the nurse at Cannington Medical Centre who did an ECG was also very warm, patient and friendly. The two referrals mentioned before never happened - their records are way out of date and the allergy doctor had long since retired. I did not bother with the bone densitometry deciding it was irrelevant in my situation, and a waste of time and effort. I think sometimes these GPs help 'feed' the system with spurious referrals. I asked reception to ask that doctor for another referral to a current allergy doctor and they rang me back and gave me one in a few hours, which I was appreciative of. However that one was also aborted after hearing of the waiting times and costs involved as well as speaking to the incredibly robotic and uninterested female receptionist of that place. So at this stage, based on my experiences here, I would recommend this clinic.
