    After trying twice to get copies of a key that fitted without success… C & C Locksmiths did just that in five minutes…. Should have gone there first!

    Originally quoted $231 to cut keys for 2 barrels. Once work was done the price went up to $291. When I said hey that's not right the technician simply replied "approximate price was quoted" and that the guy on the phone was family and that he has incorrectly quoted before for other customers and that there was nothing he could do. Don't get me wrong the technician was friendly and nice but it's not my fault for an incorrect quote. Plus or minus a few dollars is acceptable for an approximate price but not by this amount. Feels like I got scammed to be honest. Again nothing against the technician but it's not professional by any means.

    Absolutely excellent i call and in 2 days they had my new locks, which would of been hard to find, and were willing to travel to Northam then completed the job promptly. They were on time and a reasonable price considering the urgency.
