  After having a terrible experiences with other agents in the area to mange my rental it was so refreshing to come across Ray White Midland. Easy to deal, experienced and helpful.
  
  After some time I then decided to sell. It was easy. The communication with them the tenant and potential buyers created a smooth transaction to a sale. I was happy because it sold whilst tenanted so I didnt loose rent. Making it all feel rather effortless.
  
  Highly recommended for management or sale. Nothing has ever been to much trouble even if I had questions after hours

  Jessica Macarthur was friendly, thoughtful, helpful, considerate and knowledgeable nothing was too hard for her! She went above and beyond to help us sell our property.
  She listened to what we wanted, answered our many questions and helped us to get the best price for our property in the quickest time frame. I’ll be recommending Jessica to anyone local selling their property. Ray White is lucky to have her.

  I was very disappointed with the lack of communication from the property management team. I unfortunately had to break lease and must say I did get a response very quickly with the amount of monies it would cost me - which I paid immediately but from then on I never heard from anyone unless I made contact with them - they were always going to "just ring me" but actually never managed to. It was very disappointing
  and I believe their lack of action was the reason that the property was not re-leased quicker (as there is supposed to be a rental crisis happening). I went and checked on the property as I was still paying rent although not living there and was surprised to find the owners working on the property. I was never given notice that the owners were going into the property to do repairs and they were very surprised to see me there as well. They were very helpful and told me that there had been a home open and that there were perspective tenants - again I did not hear this from Ray White.
  Overall I was very disappointed with how the whole break of lease was managed (or not in this case).
