  I have had Cathy and Tim supplying blinds to me for many years and they are always friendly and efficient and "Do what they say they will do" ! Their service is therefore excellent. They also stand by their product and attend to any warrantee issues promptly, although I have only ever had one! Highly recommended for all your blind and Sun screening needs. Maree

  This family operated business installed four lots of curtains in my living area back in early 2019. Late last year I noticed a few small cracks in the wands used to open and close the curtains. I dropped by and spoke with David in their store in Midland, which he followed up with a home visit to replace the offending wands. While he was here I mentioned another small issue to see if he could resolve it. David and Mark have just left my house after fixing my small issue by replacing the curtain tracks. I am extremely happy with the end result. Being a rather (ahem..) picky customer, I am quite pleasantly surprised with such excellent customer service, 3 years after the original installation. Very happy to strongly recommend this local business

  We recently had shutters installed to 3 rooms of our home. Tim, Cathy and the rest of his team are very professional and their level of customer service was exceptional.   Top shelf product and service. Lovely family business, all are kind and very personable. Tim was an absolute legend from day 1. Communication was excellent and the whole process was a breeze. Prices were fair for the entire house. Absolutely chuffed with the result. Fully recommend to anyone.

  Tim and the team from Luxaflex Window fashions Midland have been supplying our window treatments for many years now, and the quality of service and the quality of the product continues to be outstanding.
  Tim is a wealth of information regarding style and colour choices which has resulted in a very elegant look to our current home renovations.
  A special thanks also to Bruce who is meticulous with the installation .
  We will continue to recommend this family business to one and all.
